2. Payment Options

Bank transfer, if that option is selected, you will receive an email with information about the account number and company ID number. The order is accepted as soon as the transfer has gone through, if payment is not made within 2 days, the order is considered invalid. In order to make it easier for us to confirm whether the transfer has gone through, we recommend sending a receipt from your home bank to horg@horg.is with the order number as an explanation.

3. Product delivery and shipping costs
Shipping costs are according to the Post's price list. Options appear when completing the basket.
You can choose to have it delivered to your door or to the nearest post office/box.
Delivery time is normally 2-4 working days after order is received and payment has taken place, but may be longer around Christmas.

4. Product return
Products ordered online can be returned within 14 days for a refund. The condition is that the product is undamaged in its original packaging and a receipt is included. Sale products cannot be returned, but sale products can be exchanged for other sale products. After the sale ends, the sale item cannot be exchanged.

All prices are calculated with value added tax - VAT.
All prices are published subject to photo distortions or typographical errors. The seller reserves the right to cancel orders, e.g.due to incorrect price information, or stop offering product types without notice
